Our Coordination Services help participants to gain an understanding of their NDIS plan, and strengthen their ability to connect with the broader systems of supports. They also help participants build and maintain a resilient network of formal and informal supports by giving them the tools and resources they need to not only take charge of their services, but of their lives as well. Our services enable participants to manage all aspects of their plan administration, including engaging service providers, developing service agreements, maintaining service records, paying providers, and claiming payments.
Our Coordination services include specialist services to help those with specific, high complex needs or those with high level risks.
Our Coordination services aim to:
- Improve each participant’s independence and minimise dependence on paid support services
- Help participants develop healthy and meaningful relationships
- Increase the capacity of participants’ natural networks
- Foster community inclusion through individualised and culturally appropriate supports
- Empower participants to take back control and make informed decisions about their lives and support programs
- Develop long-term, more sustainable alternatives to congregated/ segregated support options
We achieve these goals by:

- Developing individualised goals and plans for each participant
- Identifying natural, unpaid relationships in participant’s lives
- Finding alternatives to minimise reliance on paid support
